Arrived without perfume!!! They packed two mascaras inatead. Very disappointed.

No perfume included? Only plastic bag.

I haven’t gotten the perfume. It was just the lipsticks and mirror with mascara in the plastic bag. Has anyone else ran into the same issue.

Product Packing

The product itself is new and, of course, of high quality; the issue is that every time I have ordered something from Macy's, the package arrives damaged—with a broken or half-open box. The company delivering the product does not handle the packages with care.

No bag or anything just in a plastic bag

I mean, you guys could’ve at least put it in a Makeup bag or something and make it look more presentable. It came in a plastic bag. It looks ridiculous giving it to someone for a birthday. The items are nice, but the presentation is horrible

No Box No Bag

Purchased this set for a gift, but not what I expected. My fault for assuming it would come with a cosmetic bag or at least a box, but I don’t think that’s an unreasonable assumption.
