Must have food processor

Had this for a few months. Easy to use and I’ve had no issues with this product. I use this every weekend to meal prep for myself. It’s the perfect size as well.

The Best

The best little food processor ever!! I made soup the other night, chopped all the vegetables that I needed and then grated the cheese and then made a bread topping for the bowls!! All with one machine that worked perfectly!!

Terrible Experience - Not resolved.

Never received the food processor. Shipper Macy's uses never delivered and after 4 days of phone calls with Macy's customer service back and forth, they said they would re-ship. Never did and it was very disappointing. They finally gave me a credit after 2 weeks of waiting. They initially told me they would refund when I returned the food processor I never received. Tone deaf and not helpful. I have been a Macys customer for years and never expected to be treated so poorly. I just wanted my food processor.

perfect size

I purchased this to replace a very old (and breaking) Kenmore Short Cut food processor that had a shred and slice blade and a chopping blade. I found I never used the slicer blade, and this Cuisinart product is perfect. Only one bowl (the old one had two), so it takes up less space in my cupboard, and everything stores in the bowl, so no blades sitting around. I hope it last as long as my Short Cut did!
