Still waiting for a replacement drawer
Furniture looks great except for one of the hidden drawers. Customer service came out quickly and ordered another drawer, which was to arrive in 7 to 10 days. It has not arrived, customer service will not return my calls. For the price I expected better service, especially from Macy's.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. The furniture was not built properly or cared for during delivery. After four attempts, we finally kept the damaged piece and just fixed it ourselves. When I asked Macy’s for a partial compensation for the broken furniture, they rejected our request. Save yourself a heartache go elsewhere.

I absolutely love this dresser. If it wasn't for another person review I would never known about the secret drawers. Now that's where I will store my fine jewelry 🤭😀. I'm so impressed with the whole bedroom set.
