Easy to use device

I just bought this product and tried it for the 1st time last night and this morning. I watched a video of a tutorial as the instructions included were not very clear. It's easy to use, although a little uncomfortable around the forehead. I didn't expect to see any results immediately but I must say that my skin looks a little firmer after 2 sessions. Can't wait to see what happens after 3 weeks.

No brush included in kit—Nuface works great.

Nuface works great, as do the included gel and hydrating cream but the kit did not include the brush shown on the printed packaging or on the BlueMercury website. On the printed box where it lists what's included a sticker had been placed over the originally printed items, to show the brush is no longer included. A makeup brush is not a huge thing to replace but only finding out it wasn't included when the kit arrived, meant I ended up feeling a bit deceived. For the Kit: 1 star for false marketing/not updating marketing photos of kit, 5 stars for Nuface device = 3 stars in total.

Works but painful

It works it’s just takes someone that’s willing to stay in a routine of doing it. It does shock your face if you don’t apply appropriate amount of cream.

Wizardry in a Device!

I am one of those "I never write reviews!" gals, and I certainly don't submit unflattering photos of myself to the public. However, I would be remiss if I didn't share my incredible one-month results from the Trinity+ with Lip/Eye attachment. The photo on the left was taken the first day I used NuFace on February 3rd, and the photo on the right was taken just one month later on March 3rd. My face went from looking like it was melting down and ending in noticeable jowls to tighter, lifted, and less prominent jowls IN JUST ONE MONTH!!! Thank you SO MUCH for inventing this incredible and EFFECTIVE device (Trinity+)!!! I am a devotee for life! :) P.S. I use the NuFace 5-6 times a week and most use the Cheek Pop and High Brow treatments with extra faces right below and on my jawline. It has made a HUGE difference in my jowls! I mean, it's INCREDIBLE!!! :)
