Happy not happy

So far I’m happy with the microcurrent attachment & the results. However when I received the kit the red light attachment I received was defective. I understand things happen however the process of receiving the replacement is taking much longer than I would expect. 10-15 business days for them to process my replacement for that part after they received it from me is not acceptable considering the investment in the trinity + and I received a defective product.

IT WORKS - IT REALLY DOES WORK!

At 60 years of age, I have been using this device with all the attachments, for a SOLID 10 weeks, everyday, for about 30 minutes a day. You MUST be consistent with it. Anything worth having is certainly worth working for. As of today, I have had 4 people ask me if "I've lost weight"!! Why? Because I have higher cheek bones, a more sculpted face and because of the special attachment, have fuller lips! Honestly, no one really ever says that to me. Now, realistically speaking, this is NOT going to give you the results having plastic surgery would. However, this DOES provide results that are noticeable if you're willing to put the work in. When I get up each morning, I set aside the 30 minutes to do my entire face/neck, shower, then get on with my day. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with my own, personal results. I was extremely skeptical at first, but yes, microcurrent technology really does work as long as you're devoted to the process. :o)
