Zipper comes apart

We bought three of these. 2 carry-ons and 1 medium sized check in bag. 1 week later, we have the medium sized bag packed and ready to walk out the door and the zipper comes apart. By no means overstuffed (we ended up getting the contents into our older, non-zipper type Samsonite luggage). Tried to fix to no avail. Same issue during the trip with one of the carry-ons. Needless to say, we have returned the bags. We have had Samsonite for years, but can't recommend this style.

Samsonite Silhouette Spinner Dress Bag 18 22

I bought this "Spinner" Dress Bag to replace my roll dress bag. Mobility of Spinner Bag much easier to navigate. I EXPECT durability using the SAMSONITE Brand luggage.

Softside is great, maneuverability is just OK.

The suitcase is roomy and accommodates bulky or unusually shaped items due to its soft sided material. It does not wheel easily with heavier loads and is a bit cumbersome to get around with. I like the top loading feature as it fits well on luggage racks and doesn’t take up as much room as a clamshell type suitcase.

Other occasion to buy:Price of this luggage was worth the price. Compartments keep your items in place without having to dig through your things to find what you need. I highly recommend this. TSA access makes it easy for them to open if needed. Hard shell protected my things,

I purchased this Samsonite luggage and was pleasantly surprised as to how well I was able to pack my items with the different compartments available. My clothes stayed folded and was easy to grab what I needed without digging for things.

Samsonite Purchase

Rolls great and the packing cubes are a nice touch. Has adequate amount of space for our needs. We had an unfortunate mishap with our first order, but Macy's was able to correct the problem and ship out our order quickly. The pieces are beautiful and we will be using them on our trip to Europe this summer.
