Shun Shears have one serrated blade so they can easily cut through even tough or fibrous materials. The blades separate for easy cleaning, then lock together easily and securely for use. There's a built-in nutcracker, jar opener, bone notch, lid lifter, and even two screwdriver tips, one in each handle.

Great shears, they're tough and

Great shears, they're tough and stay sharp. My only complaint is that after the first wash the had some rust. I always wash and thoroughly dry my knives and tools so I'm not sure how it managed to rust so fast.

Rusting

Though I love the shears, they starting showing rust almost immediately after using them. It's a shame.

happily using it over 15 years

I have been using this shear over 15 years. Recently i noticed the pivot point worn out and needs to replace it. Where I can buy the pivot parts and key?
