need to stand behind your product

boots cracked down the middle on the bottom. My eight-year-old grandson loves them, but we’re in them to school should not do this. This is the third pair that we have purchased just for him. We all wear them my sons do the same thing.

I wasn't able to find an order from you on our website, so I would assume you purchased these elsewhere.
